The calendar becomes the business
Your practice can only grow as far as your schedule allows. Once your week is full, growth starts to mean longer days, more emotional load, or less space for yourself.
You already know how to help one person. But if every client still needs another hour in your calendar, your impact — and your income — can only grow so far.
For therapists, coaches, somatic practitioners, and helping professionals, group work is the next step. Not because it is easier. Because it lets your work reach more people without adding endless appointments.
Ignite the Room teaches you the practical room skills your 1:1 training never gave you — how to open a group, guide participation, handle silence, respond to emotion, manage resistance, and close with confidence.
For skilled 1:1 practitioners who are ready to serve more people — but want a method before they step into the room.
Built for helping professionals who are ready to serve more people without adding more hours.
Trusted by practitioners who care about leading real rooms with structure, presence, and confidence.

The Income Ceiling
You can be excellent at what you do and still hit a wall. From the outside, a full calendar looks like success. Inside, it can start to feel like a trap. Every new client needs another open hour. Every increase in income depends on more of your time. And every growth plan eventually runs into the same limit: your availability.
That is the hidden ceiling of 1:1 work. You are not capped because you are not good enough. You are capped because one person at a time can only scale so far.
01
Your practice can only grow as far as your schedule allows. Once your week is full, growth starts to mean longer days, more emotional load, or less space for yourself.
02
Higher fees may help for a while, but the structure stays the same. One session. One client. One hour from you.
03
You know group work could help you reach more people. But holding eight people at once brings up a different fear: "What if I do not know what to do in the room?"
The Fear Behind Group Work
It is not because they lack experience.
It is not because they do not care.
It is because a group creates moments that 1:1 work does not prepare you for.
01
You ask a question. Nobody answers. Three seconds feel like thirty. Your instinct is to explain more, soften the question, or rescue the room.
02
A participant starts crying. Everyone looks at you. You need to respond without turning the whole session into therapy for one person — and without abandoning the rest of the group.
03
Someone talks too much, challenges the process, interrupts, or pulls the energy toward them. You need to protect the group without shaming the person.
04
You guide a powerful moment, but now you have to land it. Without a clear closing, people can leave too activated, confused, or unfinished.
The Practical Shift
Most practitioners think group facilitation depends on personality. It does not. A group is not held by charisma — it is held by structure. A clear opening. A strong container. Practical moves for silence, emotion, resistance, and participation. A way to guide the moment without forcing it. And a closing that helps people leave grounded.
Ignite the Room gives you the group facilitation method you were never taught in your 1:1 training. No Theory. Real-world practical tools.

Real Students. Real Rooms.
Hear from people who learned how to lead with more structure, presence, and confidence — without becoming someone they are not.
One of the most valuable things I gained from working with Shlomie was his extensive collection of group exercises, activities, and facilitation techniques. I was introduced to a wide range of practical tools, powerful questions, and engaging activities that helped me create connection and engagement much faster — and much more deeply — within my groups. Instead of spending time trying to break the ice, I learned how to build trust, openness, and meaningful interaction right from the start. I lead groups with much greater confidence because I have tools that adapt to a wide variety of situations and dynamics.

"I used to feel anxious before every group session. This helped me understand what to do when the room shifts."

"The structure gave me confidence, but the real value was learning how to stay present when things don't go as planned."

Meet Your Facilitator
Hi, I'm Shlomie Singer.
For a long time, I lived in the world of high tech. Sales, business development, startups. Good on paper. But it felt empty.
I wanted to feel energized at the end of my days, not depleted. To be in rooms where people grow and develop. Where something real happens.
I started learning facilitation, group therapy, and group dynamics. Eventually, I left the stable nine-to-five and started facilitating groups.
I doubled down on the methods that were working — schools, rehab centers, high tech companies, group coaching sessions. Completely different rooms, the same result: the group would soften, and something true would come out.
That's when I knew this wasn't luck. It was a method. One I could teach.
My philosophy: Facilitation is not about controlling the room. It's about working with whatever is happening in it.

Who It's For
You are a therapist with a full calendar
You care deeply about your clients, but you can feel the limits of helping one person at a time.
You are a coach ready to scale your impact
You know groups could help more people, but you want to lead them with depth — not just sell a group program.
You are a somatic practitioner
You can work with one nervous system, but holding a room of many bodies feels like a different skill.
You want to start groups but feel unprepared
You are not afraid of helping people. You are afraid of not knowing what to do when the room becomes real.
You tried a group and it felt flat
The silence, the uneven participation, or the lack of depth made you retreat back to 1:1 work.
You want more income and more impact
Not by working every available hour, but by learning how to serve more people in a format that can actually grow.
You need a structure you trust. You need moves for the moments that make most new group leaders freeze. You need to know how to begin, how to guide, how to respond, and how to close. That is what Ignite the Room gives you.
